A Winter Blast

Written by BrushBuck

Over two feet of snow in 48 hours! What does this mean? Well, besides a great start to our ski season, the deep snowfall has pushed the wildlife into lower elevations making it a great time of year for wildlife observation! Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep have come into the lower elevations and we've been observing both the pinnacle peak and antelope wolf packs as they have been moving with the elk herds as they move onto the refuge for the winter. Last week we observed 21 moose on a four hour tour! Holy Smokes! IT's only going to get better, so if you are coming to Jackson to ski or snowmobile this winter don't forget that this is a prime opportunity and season for wildlife observation!

What They're Saying...

" To sum it up - incredible tour and service. Ezra, our guide was professional, friendly and most of all an excellent guide to Yellowstone National Park. Our main focus was the north end in search of wildlife - this tour did not disappoint. The locations shown were abundant with wildlife yet also great for photos. We were also shown other areas that were not productive on that tour, however they were extremely productive over the following two days. Wolf, the elusive Yellowstone Moose as well as Rocky Mountain Goats were all at sights that were explored during our tour. "
